How to buy your first VR headset
I’m one of those who was skeptical about the technology and how to get started with VR.
The idea that a computer or smartphone could actually put me in a virtual world was, well, kind of a scary thought.
But the reality is, it’s a lot easier to get in VR than I’d imagined, and that’s why I’m buying a headset.
The headset that I’m going to use for this article is the Oculus Rift, a device designed to take you inside a virtual, 3D world and let you experience it for yourself.
It costs $800, but the $900 version is available on pre-order right now and is the only headset I’m interested in.
It has a sleek, rectangular shape that makes it feel like you’re sitting inside a big room full of people.
There are two cameras on the front, one in each eye.
You’re looking at a black screen with a bright red background.
It’s all controlled via a touchpad on the top of the headset, and you can also move your head around to look around, interact with things, and do anything else you’d normally do in a real world.
It also has a wide array of sensors on the back that track your body and adjust the position of the Oculus head-mounted display so you can see where you are in space, your body’s position, and other information about you.
It has a variety of buttons that you can press to interact with the Oculus headset, including a physical home button, an “OK” button, and a “Reset” button.
There’s also a button on the bottom of the front of the device that you press when you want to use the Oculus Touch controllers.
I had a hard time picking out the buttons on my phone because they all look the same.
The Oculus Rift also has some very cool motion tracking features, like an infrared camera that lets you see the world around you from a distance and also lets you track your movements by pointing the camera at a spot in space.
It even has a built-in mic so you could hear yourself talking to your friends.
The Oculus Rift uses a custom sensor called an OmniSense, which measures the temperature of your head and neck and sends it to the Oculus app, which then responds to it.
The sensors on both sides of the head have to be in line with each other so that they don’t interfere with each others’ readings.
The OmniSense measures your head’s temperature in infrared light, so you know exactly how warm you’re feeling when you press the touchpad to interact.
You can adjust the temperature by adjusting your Oculus headset’s sensor.
It looks like a pair of ear buds or a pair you wear over your ears.
You can adjust it in the app, but it also works on the Oculus web app that’s bundled with the headset.
The app can tell you how much room is available for you to move around in the headset and also tell you when you’re in the right spot.
You need to turn on the “Oculus room” feature in the Oculus website to be able to enter the room.
I’ve already been in a few Oculus Rift experiences, and I was impressed by how comfortable it was.
I’ve tried out a few different VR headsets, but they’re not exactly the same as the ones that come out every year or so.
They feel more like toys than anything else, and they all have their own unique quirks.
I have yet to find an experience that I can recommend more than the Oculus Studio experience, which was created specifically for VR.
The experience was created by Oculus VR founder Palmer Luckey, and it involves you and an imaginary friend sitting on a couch with a television on, looking out at an image of your surroundings and playing a video game.
You also have to choose a person to sit next to you, and the two of you must choose a side of the room that is not a part of the virtual reality world.
The couch is just a backdrop to this virtual reality environment, so it looks very realistic, and its just the right size to get you immersed.
I spent a lot of time in the VR Studio experience in a room where the world was very close to me.
You are sitting in a small chair and your virtual avatar, who’s standing at the end of the couch, is looking directly at you.
This is not really a real room, so the virtual avatar has a very small view of the real world, and your real body is not even visible.
But your avatar is looking at you, which makes it very convincing.
The virtual avatar looks like you, but everything about your avatar and what you see is all real, like in a movie or TV show.
This really made me feel like I was really there, and even if you can’t see it, you can feel the VR avatar’s presence.
There’s a very simple interface that lets users interact with eachother in real time, and in a lot more ways than in most other VR experiences.
